@AlanaMaisa08 Does the Sims 3 game icon appear in the Origin my library? If you bought the game through Origin the game should automatically activate and appear in the Origin account you used to purchase the game. Check the purchase history in Origin. If your in the right account the game should be there. If you right click the game icon in Origin, click game properties and read the code.
