SERVICESTART FAILED ( 0x0175d824)

I cant play the game anymore, please help!
I have uninstalled, and then installed the The Sims 3 game, i have repaired it and all the expansions packs!
When im trying to play it says "Choose only one pack*, i choose one pack and then i get an error code.
CANT START THE GAME SERVICESTART FAILED ( 0x0175d824)

I have been trying Google, Youtube and no dice!
I could play the game last year but not now, i can play The Sims 2 and 4 with no problem, its only this that refuse to start.
What do i do?

    @Flaxelplax  Please uninstall the game with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine).  Before doing so, if you have any saves or other user content you'd like to preserve, rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts so that Revo doesn't flag it for deletion.  You can restore its original name afterwards.

    When reinstalling Sims 3, create a new folder for it.  The folder should be on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games.
