Hi,

do you mean the graphical setting of the game? I am not sure, maybe I set it to high.

I didnt install any custom content, just install the sim 3 main disc and the late night version disc.

There is no any error message. When the problem occurs, the screen just stay still and the game stops running and I cant press anything, after a few minutes, it runs again for a short while, then the problem occurs again.

Could you try updating your Intel HD graphics drivers?

        I see the localisation or language settings of your laptop is Chinese. Is this right?

        If so, try these drivers instead.
