Sime 3 University Life won't uninstall.

I am using a Windows 7 Pro PC with a 500GB Hard drive and plenty of graphics power to run the Sims 3 and its expansions. Recently, I tried to completely uninstall the sims 3 so I could clear out all my old data and start from scratch. Now, I am trying to reinstall the sims 3. I started with High End Loft and Night Life, then Pets, then World Adventures and now University Life.

I have tried to install UL several times using a couple different methods/icons but the result is always the same. I get the popup window that asks if I want to completely remove the program, I click "Yes" and the uninstallation runs but fails every time. I still see an icon for University Life in my Programs and Features window.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    All of the registry keys and files for UL are missing but it is still listed in Programs and Features. I've tried downloading and installing from Origin and it still asks me if I want to uninstall.

    did you check the hidden files/folders too in case some are there and also the Orign folder  in C drive programe files(X86) Orign -Orign Games

    First you don't have to unistall TS3 to reset the game. link - reset game You could try a program revo uninstaller (there is a free version) or try a registry cleaner like ccleaner (there is a free version). Google how to masnually remove programs from Programs and features - there are several ways to find the registry entry but try Revo uninstaller first. Revo is more powerful then the uninstall wizard and does a better job,
