SimPoints weren't added to my account after purchase

I have The Sims 3 installed through Steam, but I also have it registered on the EA App. I've bought and installed DLC on the EA App before without issue. I just purchased 2,040 SimPoints, but they're not appearing on my Sims 3 Store account. Is this a glitch, or do I just have to wait?

    If these SimPoints haven't come through for you, you'll need to reach out to the live support team so they can review your billing details and see what's going on- here on AHQ, we don't have access to your account information to take a look.
