Sims 3 - Packs missing from EA app

I recently downloaded the sims 3 for my new computer, and it only shows me owning three dlcs + base game despite me owning a large amount (all of which were activated on sims3) is there a way to get them re-registered or am I now confined to only ever playing all my dlcs on my old pc?? It's quite the amount of money so there's no way I'm rebuying all these packs

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here: https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help.

  • I did the swap over from Origin to EA Play and for some reason in the library I have the base game, but the Island Paradise pack I purchased isn’t there, and when I go to look it up it doesn’t say I’ve purchased it.

  • hey everyone

    im missing all my games, my worlds, extra packs and so on, im missing litteraly everything in sims 3 and spend over 5000 on the game and EA dont respont. 

    does anyone have a idea of why?

    I'd like to specify there is no current solution for my problem - EA just keeps sending me in a loop in the customer support atm. If they reply at all, that is.

  • When changing from Origin to EA Play not all of my sims expansions carried over. Only Ambitions went over automatically. I have managed to add Island Paradise and Generations via code in the box. My other expansions are saying they have been redeemed (which I am assuming this is because I redeemed them when I had them on the origin app!) Missing packs are World Adventures, Seasons, University and Pets.

    Physical copies wouldn't appear in your order history- you'll only see digital purchases made from Origin and the EA app there. I'd recommend you reach out to live support so they can search for your codes and help locate where your games currently are.

    Thank you for the response! They were bought as physical copies/ under Origin, would they still show up in the EA order history?
