Just upgraded my computer over the weekend.
Came to reinstall Sims 3 Showtime and I have lost the product key.
I have tried to use the ea help system but it has ended up directing me here.
Does anyone know how I can get a CD Key to use the game, or how I can contact ea help without having to ring them?

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
