Sims 3 - store purchase error

Hi there, I used 'Make me an offer' to get Aurora Skies along with some other store content, however the purchase wouldn't go through at the time, so I clicked 'make another offer'. I guess I presse...

    Hate to hear you were double-charged for your Sims points! Live support will need to look into this for you to get a refund on that extra charge- here on AHQ, we wouldn't be able to look into your account details with you.
