sims 3 64. bit keeps crashing on m2 chip

my sims 3 64 bit keeps crashing minutes within loading into the game and with mods it crashes before loading into the game

    @am1yaaa_  Please test without mods and custom content for now.  Try to play immediately after restarting your computer, with nothing running except the EA App.  Test a new save in Sunset Valley first, and let me know how it goes.

    Make sure your laptop can properly cool itself too.  Play on a hard flat surface like a desk, or use a laptop tray or cooling pad.
