@ayyysims3 If you want to uninstall the 64-bit version of Sims 3, just open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 3 icon, and select Uninstall. If you're looking to start fresh with new saves, you don't need to uninstall; simply remove the Sims 3 user folder from Documents > Electronic Arts. The game will create a new folder, with no saves or other content, the next time you open the launcher.
Okay, I'm going to do this and see if it'll change any of the graphical issues I'm having. Wish me luck!

This did not work for me, I changed my settings and everything and I'm still having green flashes. Hopefully there will be an update soon, but for now, the game is unplayable for me.

@ayyysims3 I forwarded the graphics issue a couple of weeks ago, but I don't know whether anything will come of it. In the meantime, I'd suggest updating your operating system whenever you're offered the chance. It's possible a new graphics driver would help, and when a new driver is available, it's included in the newest build of the OS.

I updated my mac to the latest version of Big Sur, no help. Thank you for all your help, hopefully there will be an update soon.
