Sims 3, A serious error has occured only On Hidden Springs

Hello,

Recently I was playing a game on the sims 3 in Hidden Springs when out of no where "A serious Error has occurred while loading my game." It is only occurring in my favorite town, Hidden Springs.

I have opened & played in the other towns & it does not happen..

I have delete the save & change the backup so I can play it again but from the back up file, still pops up.

I have uninstalled everything including all the sims 3 games, a clean uninstall & then reinstalled everything. However, when I get my Hidden Springs from the game exchange & save a game on it & exit out of the entire game, back to where I need to load up the launcher, & try to play it, I get the error.

I uninstalled onedrive, I did the run as admin, I did the repair of the entire sims 3 game, but still hidden springs once saved I cannot play on......

I have even taken out my sims 3 folder from the electronic arts file & open up sims 3 everything was fine, I only downloaded hidden springs & the error occurred so I know for a fact Hidden springs is the problem.

I have had Hidden Springs for many years & played it many times but only a week ago this popped up on a game I had been playing on hidden springs for a few days. I even thought maybe it was a new sim or a new lot that I made but nope I checked on the other towns & everything works fine till Hidden springs..... Hopefully you can help, you are my last resort before I give up on Hidden Springs & settle for another town

    @wildmay  Can you load a new save in Hidden Springs?  From your description, it sounds like you can make a new save once there but then it doesn't load again, but please let me know if that's not the case.  Please also let me know whether you have any other Sims 3 Store worlds installed, and if so, whether you can play in any of those, both saving initially and reloading that save later.

    Ok, so I tried Riverview & it worked fine, so then I tried Hidden Springs again........& the problem I have been having with it for a little over a week is now fixed......I have done nothing after sending this out & it is magically fixed, for now..... Thank you for being my lucky charm.

    I will keep this open in case it happens again & I will let you know if the problem is with the store worlds only.

    It has happen again. the serious error........... ugh, & for some reason my game uninstalled all my store worlds. I thought maybe that caused the error so I had to redownload from the exchange & reinstall them but no it did not work, my saved game still wont play. Then I exit out & tried to play on a different store world but the game uninstalled my store worlds again. I have been trying to reinstall them but when I load up the game & try to choose one of the store towns but they wont show up now

    EA app, but i originally was playing from origin & never had this problem. So I think I will redowload origin & try

    Ok, I got Origin & had to reinstall the store worlds again, however this time they stayed installed & I was able to continue my saved world, I even let a few seconds in game go on & saved again & exit all the way off, then back on with no problems.

    So EA app is bugged & Origin works great.

    Thank you for your help, I will come back if it starts happening again.

    When in doubt on this error check to see if the town your save is on is still in the drop down list for a new game! ^_^
