Before you contact a game advisor, you can check a few things yourself.
- Are you sure you've logged in with the correct account into Origin (use your Email and not your username). This most often happens if you have two accounts - which does seem to happen by accident a lot.
- Do the games still show up in myGames on the client ?
Do you have any packs that are digital download? Activation is required on the digital download versions (even if you have the disc but use the digtial download version). The dd (digital download) version uses SecuROM which needs to be activated online. Registration and activation are different and to different things. Bioshock was the first disc based game released with SecuROM. Hopefully by the time TS4 is released EA will figure a way to distribute games without drm (yay). I think Origin may be a Steam like system. Some people don't like Origin but if this will allow drm free games this works for me. I think EA has learned that SecuROM does NOT work (Spore) and TS3 pirated BEFORE the release date. I think the cloud will have something to do with it. Maybe something like UltraViolet (UV). I thought you can download movies you own but you can only play the dd movies with UV players (not what I wanted but I can live with it).
