Sims 3 and Sims Medieval Won’t Show Up in EA App

I have had Sims 3 and Sims Medieval for a while and always played through Origin so when Origin stopped working I downloaded the EA app to play my games. When the EA app was done downloading I went to see if all of my games were there and only Sims 4 was.

  • @destiny_831  The EA App is still in beta and doesn't have all the functions or all the content of Origin yet.  Having said that, the Sims 3 base game does show up for most of us, so it's odd that it wouldn't for you.  Are you sure you're signed into the same account you were using in Origin back when Sims 3 and Sims Medieval still worked?  If you're not sure, if you think you might have a second account—or even if it's just a remote possibility—please try entering any email address you still have access to in an Origin or ea.com login window and clicking "Forgot your Password?"  If you do have an account tied to that address, you'll receive a password-recovery email.

Other than that, it's best to go back to using Origin.  Please let me know what happens when you try to launch it, and post a screenshot of any error message you get.  You'll need to completely exit out of the EA App first AND either kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager or restart your computer.
