I'm just curious why this "bug" between Seasons and Windows 8 (or all Sims3 games and Windows 8) hasn't been fixed yet. I got my game to finally work by not logging in but it still stalls and tonight it crashed to the desktop. I really think this is unacceptable. EA knows there's a problem but hasn't fixed it. This game cost a nice chunk of money that I could have spent on something else but instead it's tied up in a game that isn't performing. That sucks. Fix the problem EA!
ps. I think it's ridiculous to not be able to use custom content offered by EA. That's a lame excuse and an even more lame fix. Maybe you should have tested the games with Windows 8 before releasing them. Ya think?!
