What version of Windows 8 are you running ?
Windows 8 Pro
- Do you have the 32 bit Version or the 64 bit one ?
64 bit
- Did you buy a new Computer and got Windows 8 on that or did you install it on your old machine ?
Upgraded a qualifying Win 7 machine - installed over the top of Win 7 including all apps and data, but have updated all drivers (and flashed the bios as recommended by Samsung for my model of laptop... eeek!)
- Which of the EPs/SPs do you have installed ?

- What Patch level are you at (base game) ?
Current, have just installed Supernatural and updated to most recent in the process.
- Do you have any Store content or CC/mods added ?
All bought from Origin online
- Did you try out any of the beta/consumer preview versions and did you have any issues with those ?
Worked on windows 7
- What graphic card do you have and which driver version are you running ?
unsure, I have a Hardcore Gaming computer, ASUS G 73 jh I believe. Ran game fine on Windows 7
- What symptoms are you seeing (try to be as detailed as possible)
The game appears to be working, but I have been unregistered. At the start screen to load games it says I am not registered. My high End Loft items have vanished, I cannot download all my paid for items. Cannot download anything, says ready to buy but cannot find in game. Social aspects do not work, cannot see friends often, cannot send gifts, am out of all social aspects. I feel robbed and loved the game now I find it nothing but disappointing. Seems like I am out hundreds. Any help would be great, EA tried super patch, and many other useless things. Was told EA tech doesn't even use Windows 8 , wish I had know this earlier....I loved EA since the early 80s, now well better not to say.have reloaded etc. Everything is just a mess. EA support winds up hanging up after an hour or so every time. Woops!
