So i havent played the sims in a while and i have about 6 or 7 expansion packs all bought a long time ago as cds.I have an issue with one of the expansions because when I type in the code on origin it says that it has already been redeemed.I dont know how that is possible since that is the only expansion out of them all that i havent installed in years because there is an error every time the installation gets close to the finish.I assumed the error to be a cd issue so I was excited when i saw that I can just redeem my code on origin.But then it said it has already been redeemed.I tried going straight to the ea help site but there is no contact person for my country so could someone here help me please

@DinaCRO Is it possible you previously redeemed the code in Origin, or maybe on the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com )? If so, the game would already be in the Origin account tied to whatever email address you used at the time. Please check your current Origin game library, just to make sure the pack isn't already there.
If you do have two accounts, you can ask EA customer support to merge them, although the account that disappears will likely lose the store content it owns.
