I downloaded all of my Sims 3 expansion packs on my old computer years ago which has now broken. I still have the discs and codes but I cannot redeem them as it says it has already been redeemed. It also does not come up on origin that I have redeemed the games.
I also cannot insert the discs as my new computer does not have a disc drive. Can anyone please help me? Thanks 🙂
@jessbess45 If you registered the codes to a different account, either in Origin or on the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com ), you'll need to login to Origin with the email address and password tied to that account. If you don't remember which email you might have used, try entering each address you have into the Origin login window and clicking "Forgot your password?"; any address that is associated with an account will receive a password recovery email.
You could also buy an external disc drive. They're cheap these days, certainly a lot cheaper than buying the game again.
