I bought sims 3 and sims 3 pets a while ago on my old laptop, I bought the game through a disk but it also came with a code, I have now got a new laptop and I have logged into my origin account and have downloaded my sims 4 game and all the packs and I downloaded my sims 3 game but my pets pack is no longer there, i have tried everything, with my sims 4 packs it says i’ve bought them but with my sims 3 pack it says i haven’t bought it even though i have the disk as proof but this laptop doesn’t have a thing to put the disk in so i tried using the code but it doesn’t let me as it’s already been redeemed, how can i access my pack?
@MKIIGA_xoxo Is it possible you registered the Pets pack to a different account, either in Origin or on the old Sims 3 site? You might have wanted to register to receive a bit of bonus content from the Sims 3 Store. If you can find that old account, you can ask EA customer support to merg it with your current one.

Even if you can't figure out what happened to your old code, support may be able to help. It would be useful to take a photo of the Pets disc, its case, and the insert with the code showing; you can upload it directly to a live chat session.
