I wanted to instal the sims 3 again and all my packs work like they used to but 2 don't...
when i try to enter the serial code it said i aready have that but it doen't appear anywhere... I always played on the same account.
Someone knows what I can do?
The 2 packs are: Generations and Outdoor living stuff.

@ETae96 Is it possible you registered the packs on the old Sims 3 site? If you did so using the same email address and password you use in your Origin account now, the packs should already be in your game library. Click on the Sims 3 icon, select More > Expansion Packs, scroll down to Generations, and see what the orange button says. If it says Download, the pack is already in your account; Buy Now means it isn't. Repeat for More > Stuff Packs and Outdoor Living.
If you registered the packs on a different account on the Sims 3 site, you could ask EA customer support to merge your two accounts. If you're not sure what happened to your packs, you can ask support to help you figure that out too. It would help to take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the insert with the code showing, and upload that when submitting the support request.
