Hello,
Recently I've reclaimed all my family's sims 3 games, however, I am unable to register them. They were BOUGHT by us, and I have no idea why it won't work, the only idea I have is that it's on an old EA account, but it's long gone now, it's been years since I actually used it last.
Is there any way to reach out to support to fix this or will I have to buy them again?
Id just play then on my computer but I can't get my drive to work ☹️

Tried to play the sims 3 again after reclaiming the discs from my family but my DVD RW Drive won't even recognize anythings in there, the Same for overwatch and sims medieval, Anyone have any idea what I should do, or where to go for help? Thanks
- @AllyPeddie I'm not sure about the disc drive issue. But, if things don't get sorted out, if you have the Sims 3 product code (on the disc box/manual) you can download your game on Origin, without the need for a disc.
