Hello, Good Morning.
I am having problems with the code for "Barnacle Bay". It says that it has already been used but I haven't even used it. This since last night when I bought it. How can I solve this?
@DivineBeastt Did you purchase your code from Origin or another retailer? Although it is unlikely, please check if the world is already available to you in your Sims 3 Store Purchase History.
Obviously I bought it through Origin. But really the code that was sent to me says that it has already been used and I have also seen it through the history and there is no world there.
