Sims 3 Compatibility and Sims 4 Changes

Greetings EA, I hope you are doing well.

I am a huge fan of the Sims 3 and played it a lot during my tween years. I was excited to download the Sims 4 base which is now free but was a bit disappointed with the new mechanics. If you are able in the future, could you make a version of the Sims 3 that would be compatible with Windows 11 and newer computer specs? I really appreciated the freedom to customize in the Sims 3 and the ability to select sections of porch or wall to delete a section rather than the whole structure.

I wish you the best and look forward to Sims updates

Sincerely,

Atlantia

@Atlantia177   Sims 3 runs just fine on Windows 11. I went through a rough patch with the conversion from Origin to the EA app at the beginning of this year with dlc staying installed. Sims 3 has been pretty stable now since spring. With Sims 5 in the works I don't see Sims 3 being updated to 64 bit as it runs under Windows 11 as is. Most (if not all) of the sims3.com

site is now available in game. You probably have the EA app installed so all you need to do is log in with the same login you used for Origin and the Sims 3 should be in you library.
