Sims 3 Custom Content won't install

I recently reinstalled the Sims 3. Custom content has always worked for me until now. I have every expansion pack. After reinstalling the base game, I was prompted to update my game and did so. After that I attempted to begin installing my custom content. After I clicked the "Install" button in the download tab (I tried with one item or all of them at once) nothing would happen.
