SIMS 3: Dark green motives and face boxes, along with slow zooming, etc.

Please respond as soon as possible I 100% appreciate your answer! 

So, just a couple of days ago my sims was working fine. I have almost every sim 3 game except for the two katy perry games. Then one day it started crashing a lot and then i logged in another day and the face boxes were empty and i couldn't control the people. Another day after, all of the motives were dark green/black (yuck!) and i can't move around fast (zoom, etc).

I uninstalled all 15 of my games -_- and deleted all my mods and emptied all that i could to maybe start fresh. I then installed just the sims 3 base game to see if it was working before i spent FOREVER reinstalling the rest. the game face boxes are back; however, the motives are still dark green and zoom slow, etc. It wouldnt conect to origin either so i even manually updated it. 

PLEASE HELP ME! I dont know how to fix the dark green/ black/ UGLY motives, the way the motives go down REALLY FAST, and the slow zoom and such.

My information:

*acer

*windows 7

*sims 3 games: sims 3, world adventures, ambitions, late night, generations, pets, supernatural, seasons, high-loft stuff, fast lane, outdoor living, town life, master suites, diesal, and hidden springs.

*Have uninstalled all games-only reinstalled base

*deleted all mods ☹️

*deleted all saved games

*origin/ea manager will not connect.

Please help me ASAP im getting depressed :/ THANK YOU SO MUCH:DDD

    !!!!FIX FOR GREEN BOX PROBLEM!!! 

    Okay so this happened to me yesterday. I saved my game while everything was working and then reloaded to my whole household being unuseable with green boxes instead of their pictures. Then wouldn't stop doing their current action and I couldn't change between sims.  

    I never usually use mods and wasn't used to it. I followed the advice above about installing ErrorTrap as I had tried everything else. I needed a little extra guidance since I never use mods so I used the two links below.

    First I followed this guide to set up all the folders: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Installing_Sims_3_Package_Files/Setup_and_Files

    Then I installed the ErrorTrap package from this site: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/ErrorTrap

    I went in to my game and you'll know it's working if the intro song doesn't come up (you install it when following the first link).

    When I went to my household(4 adult sims and 1 baby sim) the faces had reappeared in the icons but I still couldn't select them. I tried to enter the cheat 'resetsim' and when the area to enter text popped up, four sims completely disappeared.

    So I exited to edit town and selected not to save (make sure you don't select save). I then chose to 'switch active household'. Then I re-selected my 'broken' household and began playing. When I reentered the house, each sim was outside the front door and playable again!! The game is completely fixed!(Remember not to save anywhere along the way until you make a backup save when your household is actually working again)

    So thanks so much to the suggestion above to download errortrap, it worked really well.

    Note: I had made a copy of the family(without house) before all of this just in-case it destroyed them all completely.
