Sims 3 data missing in EA app

I have installed the EA app but all my Sims 3 games and add-ons are missing. The Sims 4 data was all available without a hitch but unable to find the sims 3 data despite having done all troubleshooting steps. I am also unable to access the purchase history on the sims 3 store I get an error message advising the site is down and someone is working on it, that has been going for 2 days. I can see all my purchases in order history on my EA account but not in the app.

I was previously on MAC and recently switched to windows, not sure if that has an impact.

  • @annpupuce  Just to be clear, you're signing into the same account in the EA App and on ea.com, by email address?  Does the EA App say you need to purchase Sims 3, or is there some other kind of error?  Is the App otherwise loading normally?

    For the Store, try a different browser, or a different device, or a different internet connection, for example using your phone as a mobile hotspot (running on data, not your home wifi). The Store has had some recent issues but isn't down overall.
