@annpupuce Just to be clear, you're signing into the same account in the EA App and on ea.com, by email address? Does the EA App say you need to purchase Sims 3, or is there some other kind of error? Is the App otherwise loading normally?
For the Store, try a different browser, or a different device, or a different internet connection, for example using your phone as a mobile hotspot (running on data, not your home wifi). The Store has had some recent issues but isn't down overall.
