Sims 3 DLC in EA App but Not in Sims 3 Launcher

I have bought my DLCs for Sims 3 in the past from authorized sellers. I still have the discs and keycodes too, however when I try to install my DLCs, even though all of the DLCs are marked green on the EA app only 2 of them are shown in the Sims 3 Launcher. I have tried repairing the game from launcher. It was working fine a year ago but now it appears to be stuck. Is there any way to fix this issue?

    Hey Ekin61​

    If you haven't already, please try clearing the EA app's cache, then install the DLCs one at a time after. You'll need to make sure the DLCs are installed in the EA App and marked 'Installed' so that they show in the launcher. 

    Have you had two accounts merged together in the past? If you had, that merge might've caused some packs to be removed, in which case it'd be worth connecting with live support and having them take a look at your account. They should be able to work with you to address this, especially since you have ownership of those associated discs. 

    If you had any subscriptions that have expired, such as EA Play or Xbox Game Pass, the expiration may have triggered a similar impact as having accounts merged.
