Sims 3 dlc's i bought on steam doesnt show up in EA app

I've bought a new computer just to play sims comftobaly but it seems theres a problem with launcher with new intel cpu's so ı've been struggling to play sims 3 on steam. recently i found out with EA app i can easly launch the game, i uninstall sims from steam and downloaded from EA. I own all of add-ons in steam and in EA app 6 of the dlc doesnt show up and when i enter the dlc key to EA it says "this key is invalid" or "This key has been used". Whom should i contact to fix this? I cant use the same keys in The Sims 3 store as well. :(((((   (Showtime, into the future, ambitions, generations, showtime, world advanture)

  • ponykuyruk  You'll need to contact EA customer support to have the content added to your account.  Take a screenshot of your Steam CD Keys, specifically the ones for the packs that won't work, and upload it when you submit the help request.

    I would strongly suggest using the live chat option rather than email.  If you don't see it, try this link:

    Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

    Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in.  Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.
