@Laarikin What you've described is exactly what happens when the product keys for affect packs have been revoked or otherwise flagged as invalid. This, in turn, can happen for multiple reasons, including fraud, but legitimate owners have had their codes removed too. A bad account merge is a common cause.
The only way to find out if this is what's happened to you is to contact EA customer support. You'll need to ask not only whether the packs are still on your account but what the status of the product keys is. I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
If the support rep doesn't understand what you're asking or says they can't check your codes, you might need to insist that they can (they absolutely can). You could also simply ask them to remove and add back the missing packs—if it's done properly, the bad keys would be gone and new valid ones would allow you to access your content. If you still can't get anywhere with support, please post back and let me know.
Well, that's quite frustrating especially since the launcher explicitly tells me I own those packs. Oh well, thank you for pointing me in the right direction, I'll see if I can get this fixed.
