Sims 3 DLC's not accessible on the game's launcher

I only have 4 DLCs for Sims 3, and have since around 2016/17, they all came on disk and were registered with Origin then merged with a newer account more recently. Upon installing Sims 3 on a new PC,...

I had them check it after wrestling with live chat not working, and they said everything looks fine, it's just a technical glitch and to report it here 😕

@Laarikin   Open the game and go to the save game screen. Click the option in the lower left (...) and you should see Open Downloads Dashboard. Click that and you shpoud be able to download items.

I'm on a PC and I just checked the Dashboard is working

    @Laarikin  I've flagged your thread to someone from EA so they can take a closer look and perhaps give you an idea of what to say to or request from support.  I wouldn't trust the EA support rep's assessment of the situation.

    @roberta591  This user is missing expansion and stuff packs, not Store content.  The Downloads Dashboard is only for Store content.
