Sims 3 DLC's not accessible on the game's launcher

I only have 4 DLCs for Sims 3, and have since around 2016/17, they all came on disk and were registered with Origin then merged with a newer account more recently. Upon installing Sims 3 on a new PC,...

I had them check it after wrestling with live chat not working, and they said everything looks fine, it's just a technical glitch and to report it here 😕

Well, that's definitely frustrating to hear, hopefully there's *some* way to solve our issue instead of just "tough luck", y'know?
