I am having the same problem, i own every expansion pack for the Sims 3 and they all are showing as installed in the ea app and on my computer but World Adventures, Pets, and Showtime do not show up in the original Sims 3 launcher and do not appear in the game as well. i have tried to speak to customer support and they referred me to this thread, please someone help me! i love the sims 3 and would like to play the game as i had in the past with all expansions active and working. I have gone threu many upon many troubleshooting solutions and all of them have without a doubt failed immediately, please help me fix this problem so i can go back to enjoying the game as i knew it not this whirlwind sh*t show its become
