Hi @puzzlezaddict! I hope you can try help me somehow! I have the same problem. One DLC "Pets" doesnt work. Every once a year I come back to this game hoping it would finally work. Since it got update after 10 years </3 I have everything in my library. I tried install and unistall, nothing works. I really hope I finally get some help with this. (Sorry for my english!! Not my first language!)

It sounds like this pack may have been removed from your account- this isn't something we can check for over the forums, so you'll want to reach out to live support so they can take a look at your account details and see what's going on.

I tried it many times! Every time support told me that nothing is wrong or that it's fixed when clearly it's not. I can't even contact them now. I remember I used to have the game on different origin account yet I did put game code from disc on my current account and it worked at first. Both game and dlc, now only base game works...

I have the exact same problem with dlcs: World Adventures, Showtime, Supernatura,l Seasons, Island Paradise, Into the Future. They're not visible in-game, despite being available in my EA account and having already installed them. I've tried contacting support several times, but the consultants sound like bots and keep suggesting the same solutions, despite explaining that it didn't help. I've also tried providing previous case numbers and a link to this forum, but they still ask for the same thing. What can I do?
