I CAN NOT DOWNLOAD SIMS 3 ANYMORE, I UNINSTALLED SIMS 3 EXPANSION PACKS, CLEARED THE CACHE, AND DID EVERYTHING TO TRY TO GET SIMS 3 TO DOWNLOAD AND ALL IT SAYS IS CHECKING FOR DISC SPACE, AND WON'T STOP CHECKING, IT IS LIKE IT'S FROZEN, WHY WILL IT NO LONGER ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD SIMS 3, SIMS 4 DOWNLOADS FINE, BUT I HATE SIMS 4, SO THE GAME I WANT TO PLAY WON'T EVEN LET ME DOWNLOAD IT ANYMORE, PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU CAN HELP AT [edit: email address removed], YOU MIGHT BE QUICKER THAN EA CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HELPING ME.

not sure what that does to help me, but thank you for trying and replying. still will not stop trying to find disk space to download the game, no idea what is going on, cleared cache multiple times, delete sims 3, expansion packs, ea play download app, restarted laptop, NOTHING WORKS.
