Sims 3 Error code 12 after downloading cc and exchange item
So I downloaded a house from the exchange, then I went on sims 3 and I saved after 8 sims hours and I got error code 12. I deleted the house files and went back on sims. I still had error code 12. So...
go to your the electronicsarts/thesims3/CurrentGame.sims3 folder if any files are in there delete them launch the game and try save as new name play a bit then see if it will save without any errors
