Sims 3 Exchange Code 'Already Used'
I went to put in my Sims 3 Online Pass Code yesterday after buying the game new from GAME the day before. After putting it in it says it's 'Already Used'. Anyway I can get a new code?

I've the same problem and Idon't know what to do with this... I bought a now game in shop, everything work but when I want register game they is "Already used" or something like that...

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
