Sims 3 exchange contact won’t load

I’ve reinstalled sims 3. On game launch, tried downloading and installing content. Says it’s loaded, go to game and not there. On new game click the 3 dots at the bottom left to open downloads dashboard, try to reload and nothing. Exit out to reload game and still doesn’t show up.  How do I get the worlds I paid for from the Exchange!?! I have Auro skies, Lucky palms, Lunar lakes and much more that I can no longer use!???! Please help
