Sims 3 Expansion Pack Not Showing in Origin

(I've bought and confirmed that my purchase of the expansion pack was complete and verified but it refuses to show up, I don't know what to do!)

I bought Master Suite at the same time and it shows up but Roaring Highs doesn't, I've loged out or Origin and restated my computer completely as well as refeshing the My Games page. It shows up in my Purchase History in the sims 3 store but it won't download.

Please help.

    roaring heights  is a world = store item  it will not be in your origin  my games tab  as it it not an expansion or stuff pack you redeem the code for the world in your the sims 3 account my store account go to

    1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
    2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
    3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
    4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

    I have supernatural expansion I been playing but now it doesn't show up in my origin account and I don't remember the code but yeah it is a problem like yours

    I think i have found the answer. I wasn't able to install the packs and i searched high and low for answers. look underneath extra content and you will find your games you've redeemed, and there will be a download option. Mine is now currently installing. wooohoo
