I am having the exact same issue. My gameplay isn't affected at all, but I would love to access the rewards and credits on my Sims 3 Exchange site. The Origin site has updated and there is no longer a tab to access all your expansion packs, nor their serial codes. Could someone find/create a solution for this?

@Mialee34 Please see the above post. If you bought the pack through Origin - registration is automatic. If you bought the pack from a third party it should have come with a code to be redeemed in Origin and that should enable all the entitlements.
- Anonymous9 years agoWhile it is showing on my profile that I have each of my expansions, I cannot collect any of their registration rewards as it says I must register the packs.

@Mialee34 You no longer have to redeem the code to redeem the rewards (separate from redeem the code for installation). Go to thesims3.com and log in. Go to store/store content/sets - holiday & gifts - registration rewards. You need to have the correct pack as owned on my page to download the proper reward.
