Sims 3 Expansion Pack Not Showing Serial Code

So I bought the Sims 3 Ambitions expansion pack on my Origin application on my Windows PC...

@shyegg If your looking for the reward you no longer have to redeem the code to get the reward. The reward is not in the exchange. Go to thesims3.com - log in - go to my page. Do the packs show as owned? If so you can get the rewards by following the instructions in the post above.
Thats the problem. The packs do not show as owned. Ive tried to repair the game through origin and update but everything is up to date. And i dont want the rewards i want to use the exchange.
- Also i got the game through origin so it should automatically be registered, but it isnt showing up as registered. They show up on origin in my game library and game play works fine. But i really want to use the exchange
