I didn't order the games, I bought them years ago at GameStop (in person). I only have one EA account. When I try to redeem the games, it even says they've already been redeemed in my account. Yet, they don't actually show up. It still acts like I haven't purchased the games (even though I clearly did). I also don't have the receipts anymore as again bought them a long time ago.
