Sims 3 expansions not showing up in game launcher
I have been looking around if other people had this problem, and tried to talk to EA support some time ago, but I haven't been able to solve it yet.
Some time ago I had EA merge the two accounts I had, because I wanted all my Sims 3 expansion expansions on the same account. On the app it looks as if I have the packs, and I am able to install them all. But when i open the sims 3 launcher, and go to select the packs I want to have in the game, only the pack that was originally on this account shows up. I have tried uninstalling and installing the packs and the app I think, but nothing I've tried have worked yet.
Has anyone been able to solve something like this?

It sounds like these packs may need to be re-added to your account if you're currently not able to access them after your account merge- I'm not able to look into this directly from AHQ as we don't have access to your account details, so you'll need to reach back out to live support and have them review the entitlements on your account for these packs.
Please contact live support to have them re-add those expansions from the help site here, I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so live support has further information to reference.
