Sims 3 fast lane

Hi , I bought the sims 3 yesterday and I downloaded 2 extensions packs and a kit but the kit « fast lane » won’t download (every other did !!) i be getting an error message… I don’t understand I tried many times to turn off my laptop but I think it’s the ea app… I tried to contact instant gaming but they said they couldnt help so… I would be grateful if someone knows how to fix this
