Sims 3 Files/Cache Issues?

My game worked fine and the "missing" files, such as world cache, showed up. Now that everything is working fine, I am paranoid about deleting files to clean up my game. My PCis brand new so I don't believe much needs to be cleared at the moment. But files in DCCache that are labeled "missingdeps.idx and dcc.ent (I heard) are safe to delete, but I also heard touching this entire file is a no no. Also, with windows 10, the package files don't say .package. It just says "package file" under file type. Also, I heard it was ok to delete .bin in SigsCache, which again, I also heard is a no no to touch that file as well. I know I sound paranoid but if I must clear my PC in the future, I don't want to go through uninstalling/reinstalling my game because I deleted something wrong. Thanks in advance!
P.S. All the files I mentioned above are in KB which I know is little to nothing and takes up barely any space on the hard drive.
@xNoor12x If you don't understand how the game works I recommend you leave the files alone. If the game is working deleting most files that can be safely deleted usually aren't that big to make a difference and may just get recreated anyway. You can look at the files properties or open a command prompt to see the files extension. File extensions are usually 3 characters and "package file" is just an expansion of a .pkg file. BTW 1000 Kb is equal to 1 Gb. Most gamers should have a little more then a casual knowledge of the operating system they are using.

I know I'm not great with computers, but the info I was telling you about KB was what I heard from someone who understands computers lol. So what you're saying is it isn't necessary to remove these files? It won't speed up my game much I'm assuming (even though I have little lag. It only lags a tiny bit because well...it's sims).
