Sims 3 Free simpoints

on the sims3.com simpoints can be earned from watching a video. Up to 50 simpoints can be earned a day. then after 24 hours you can earn the points again. well i did this on monday and got my 50 points. however, it is now 48 hours later and the button to earn my 50 free sims points isnt back. in the faq on the sims3.com its stated that you can earn theis points and save up. well how can i save if the button wont reapper. I have tryed this before a few months ago and the button only came back after i spent my simpoints. Please either change the wording so i dont think i can earn 50 simpoints everyday, or allow me to get my other 50 simpoints. please and thank you

    Hey! I watch a video to get simpoints , but u only get five points per video! Is there another way to get simpoints?

    Only if you buy them.

    You should be able to watch more than one video in a row though

    there's actually a few reasons for that

    1. I don't work for EA so my time is my own. It's my choice what I want to answer and when I want to answer. If you PM me, I'll get an email and I feel pressured into answering cause you expect one. So I don't answer any (unless I asked you to of course) to not have that pressure. Cause pressure makes me not wanna help anymore :D
    2. If you PM me, no one else will see your issue. There's many helpers on this site that maybe able to help you as well. They might be online at different times than me and hence, if you post in the forums, you get an answer much faster cause more people will see it
    3. It's very likely that someone else has the same issue. If you post via PM and we solve the issue, no one else can profit from it. If you had posted in the forums and someone was able to help you, another person might see your post and can do the same.
