Sims 3 frozen in launching screen

    So I took a look. Awesomeville wouldn't load for me either but all the others did. The backup one also did (but I don't know how much time has passed between the two).

    Did you restart the game inbetweeen trying ?

    So I couldn't get Awesomeville to load but I renamed and installed its backup and yes, it worked! Only a week or so had passed so it was easy to play catch up and not have too much history lost! Thank you so much for all of your time and help!!!
