DxDiag has nothig to do with DirectX
Im not familiar with or know what dxdiag is. After opening the link you provided me with I followed each step and saved it once finished. Since that i have gotten a little farther than before so I can complete the create a sim but thats it. Im not able to save it and proceed no matter the button i press. (cancel & exit, accept, zoom, nor any button. I am able to click on the buy button and it does open another window but that window is all black. That also happens periodically when trying to create the sim. Thank you for your time, help and patience.
You should open the file (DxDiag) in a text editor afterwards and then post it in here (split in multiple posts and/or use spoiler tags)
