Sims 3 Game Launcher

So I uninstalled the Sims 3 Game Launcher because I was having problems starting the game. I completely uninstalled it from my computer and I have no idea how to get it back. Simply putting in the game does not help anything or load any pop up screens to download the launcher. How do I get it back?
