Make sure you have nothing Sims left on your computer following instructions here: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Uninstall
Then try reinstalling again.
I already tried that twice.....this time and a couple of times a few months ago, if that doesn't work, what else?
This last time, It re-downloaded the Oirgin and EA game downloader but still does not work.
Did you clean out the registery and all folders manually so that everything is gone ?
