Sims 3 Generations doesn't want to install

Where can i find these folders IE11 and IE 9 because i have the same problem and i want to fix it :/ - can someone please explain how do we install the sims 3 generations without the error ???

I don't know where you can find those folders, but are you trying to download it off of a disc? There should be an InstallWizard window pop up. If you don't see the window, than your computer is not running the disc properly. But if you have fully completed the download, and it still isn't working, try restarting your computer, or checking your folders for the Sims (the folders will be in downloads).

I have bought the disc ( the sims 3 generations) a long time ago, which was playing succesfully in my computer. But now it doesn't work and sundelly it shows me this error,exactly like this :
